I have been trying to do a lot of revision over the holidays but so far i haven't done much! Today i thought i'd show you some of the things i got for Christmas from family. I didn't have too much time to take these photos so i can't show you everything i got. Sorry this is a word heavy post!

One of my favorite things i got was Mumford And Sons latest album which i already have on my Ipod but i wanted it on cd because its not the same being virtual. I have listened to it none stop since i downloaded it so i was so happy when i received the album. So it won't matter if it somehow gets deleted because i will always have it on cd. I love Mumford And Sons' music so much!

I also got this 'love' photo frame/ornament, I don't really know what its called. Since my room was decorated i haven't had many room decorations or ornaments so its been looking very dull. So i was really happy when i received this and I've placed it in the center of my windowsill. Another object added to my room is the lovely bird cage candle holder. Its the kind of thing you don't need to put a candle in it because it still look pretty as an ornament. They both make the room look a lot nicer.

Another favorite of mine is this necklace i received from my sister Laura. I don't normally wear short necklaces but i love this one because its nice and simple and kind of like a lucky charm. I hardly ever wear necklaces but i can see myself wearing this a lot with jumpers and simple clothes to add a little touch to the outfit. I love Topshop jewellery, they always have so much pretty things! I also got these two beautiful rings from dorothy perkins! I am obsessed with wearing rings at the moment and i love the style of these two. I think i will be wearing the red one on New Years Eve.

I got this really nice foundation brush which i have been using for a couple of days and i love it. I don't have any other foundation brushes and i really needed one so i was really happy to get this. I also got this MUA smokey eye trio. I don't think black eye make up suits me except mascara so i normally wear brown eye liners and eye makeup.. My sister also got me this which i'm really happy about. I can use the 2 lighter shades together for a simple daytime look and wear all three for going out. I also got this really nice fragrance from soap and glory and i love the smell. I've got the large bottle so it will last a long time.

I'm sorry i didn't have time to show you all my presents i received but i am really grateful for all the things i got from friends and family. I have so much revision to do in the holidays for my January Mock exams! But something to look forward to is that i'm going to my nan's house to stay over on New Year's Eve to New Year's Day with all my family and god knows how we're all going to fit in the house for the night! I haven't seen my cousins in ages so it will be nice to catch up with them.
